If your broadband connection fails, the router will drop onto the backup connection and keep your network connected to the internet. Once the main connection comes back online, the original connection is restored.

Any broadband account setup through Eiicon ensures local tech support. If the broadband line ever fails we will deal with the call from fault to resolution.
