How We Do IT

The products we offer run on a month to month basis through an agreed maintenance contract, or on a pay as you go scheme, its up-to you.

From 2 star cover (for the customer on a tight budget) to 5 star cover (for the customer who needs onsite IT department type cover).

Our Services

Phone Support	On all Microsoft based products E:G: Windows 2000, XP, Microsoft Office. Desktop, Printer. Server products. – NT Server to 2003 server, exchange, SQL etc.
Remote Support	If we cannot resolve the issues over the phone, we will securely access your equipment over the internet and take control of your mouse and keyboard.
Onsite Support	If for any reason the issues cannot be resolved by phone or remote. This tends to be serious or hardware related issues like, monitor fault, no power to pc/server, printer printing black lines, network issues Etc. This service is also a must if no internet access is available onsite.
Hardware Reseller	We can supply and install numerous hardware products from Servers, Desktop PC’s to Network, Printers, Scanners Etc.
Software Reseller	Our software is purchased from authorised resellers with all Microsoft products, Antivirus Products, Sage Products, Backup Products, Email Products.
Website	We are in touch with Ayrshire’s Number 1 Website developers and have very competitive rates.
Broadband	We have an independent broadband reseller based in Ayrshire, at our disposal. That means local tech support if there is any issues.
Email	Corporate/POP emails setup and configuration. Domain hosting and mail forwarding.
